From the director of Bloodsucking Freaks, brings us another tale called Blood Bath that is a horror anthology about a group of actors and the
director of a horror movie, they one by one tell one of four spooky tales.

The first story is about a perfectionist mad bomber who one day slips up and gets to meet his maker.

The next is about a magical coin that has special powers to wish anyone unlimited wishes to the heart  desires, which a husband who is trying to
kill his wife and decides to use the coin himself which he ends up being transported back into time to fight in a civil war.

After that we have our next story which it is about a greedy bank manager who accidentally gets locked in his safe by his secretary while counting
his stocks, bonds and money before the bank closes for a whole month. But he is soon then haunted by a African American ghost who promises to
haunt him until the day he dies.

Lucky last we have the fourth story which is the best one of them all , its about a karate champion who's desire is to reach the "Tenth Level of the
Shao-Lin" but his dreams comes to a end when his master dies before he could reveal the secret to him, after that he decides to teach and
become a master and pretend that he knows all of the "Tenth Levels of Shao-Lin" and charges his students $10,000 to learn the "Tenth Level"
which ends up not going down to well with another master who already know the "Tenth Level" and they then get ready to battle it out until
death.

Joel Reed's fans will love Blood Bath to death its a must have. Its not as good as
Blood Sucking Freaks, but its a enjoyable film to watch as long
as you don't take the film to seriously. It kinda reminded me a lot of the movie
Deadtime Stories, four short cheesy films back to back.

Blood Bath does have a let down though, being titled Blood Bath you would expect to have a fair amount of blood in it , in which this film doesn't
show hardly any at all. But you do get to see a few gruesome deaths, a amputation, flying doors coming off there hinges, demons, cheesy martial
art fighting, and two roasting rats on a open fire.
Blood Bath isn't a film to take to heart, but its definitely a film that you need to check out in due
time, thats if you are a full on Joel Reed fan like myself.

Subversive Cinema has released this film on DVD, where you will receive a mad slip sleeve, 3 cool mini lobby cards and a wicked poster all included
in this little gem!

"If I can't scare you, I'm going to bug you"
This horror anthology contains four spooky tales of the supernatural told around the dinner table by
the actors and the director of a horror movie. The stories involve a mad bomber who gets his macabre
comeuppance; a magical coin that transports its owner back in time; a ghost haunting a rich old man's
vault; a karate champion whose desire to achieve the "Tenth Level" reveals a secret for which he isn't
prepared and finally the framing story ties everything up with a creepy climax.
