City Of Rott is about a grumpy old fart named Fred (voice - Frank Sudol) that wanders the streets of City Of Rott in which every street, alley way,
and even the shopping malls are covered with fresh hungry zombies and parasite worms, but this doesn't worry Fred one bit, cause he is out on a
mission to get a new pair of loafers "slippers" cause his feet are killing him. It’s just him and his trusty walker which he uses as a weapon to fight
off the zombies in a gory violent manner, not only that it’s his only friend. Yeah Fred might be an old man that looks like he has just escaped from
an old age nursing home, and any zombie who gets in his way while he is on his mission, old Fred will smash their head in with his walker.
The zombie plague was all started 2 years ago when the water supply was infected with some type of parasite known as Rot Worms, as soon as
the worms get into the body they travel straight to the host’s brain, who then dies and falls to the ground and in a few seconds turns into a
zombie, left then to roam the streets of City Of Rott looking for victims to feed on. The Parasite can only control 95% of the brain where the host
still has control the other 5%, still Fred, an insane old man, doesn't care and fights off hundreds of zombies in a gruesome fashion with his walker,
handguns, machine guns, shit anything he can find.
As he travels through the city, he runs into several survivors that are either looking for food, clean water, ammo or a hope to find a cure for this
infectious disease. Fred spends most of his time talking to his walker, and his right shoe while complaining about the zombie plague that’s taken
over the city or world, until he too becomes infected or consumed by the zombies, or does he end up finding the cure and saving the world?
This has to be the most gruesome fucking animated cartoon I have ever seen in my whole life. And it’s been all created by one man, and that’s
Frank Sudol, this guy is a fucking legend when it comes to animation. City Of Rott looks like the early days of South Park meets Dawn of the
Dead, and this would have to be the first ever full length animated zombie film ever created "or I have ever seen". If the zombies aren't chasing
after Fred, they’re feasting on the guts and rotting meat of human victims or limbs that have fallen off other zombies in the streets. The zombies
even turn on each other at some points in the movie also. I don't think this would be a film you wanna let your kids watch cause it does contain a
shit load of blood and gore, in fact 95% of this movie is just filled with zombies and worms devouring humans. Frank Sudol made this movie for the
love of zombie horror, he wrote, directed, produced, shit he did everything by himself, and it just blows me away that only one guy made this film.
City Of Rott is truly a work of art and made for all us horror/zombie/gorehounds to drool and jack off too. I personally would like to thank Frank
Sudol for making City Of Rott, and I hope this is just the beginning man and you don't stop what you are doing.
The City Of Rott DVD is also jam packed with extras to keep you busy for a while, you will find deleted and extended scenes, another two of Frank
Sudol's short animated films "Psych and Rise Zombie", plus shit loads of picture galleries and an audio commentary track where Frank is joined by
the grumpy old fart character Fred and they both talk and bitch about City Of Rott. Truly enjoyable to hear, that’s for sure.
Like I said before, City Of Rott is the most goriest, violent, sickening animated zombie horror cartoon you will ever see or purchase in your life
time, it’s up to Frank Sudol to fulfill our needs and I personally hope too see a City Of Rott 2 one day in the near future. So those who’d love to
see a South Park meets Dawn of the Dead zombie infested animated cartoon that’s full of nothing but blood, guts and gore, this movie is for you
and a must have to in your collection, so just head off and buy this fucker right now while you still can. You have no idea what shit you are going to
miss out on when this DVD goes Out Of Print.
