Hack Movies Dream Reaper is about a metal band that goes by the name Dream Reapers, and they’re starting to have problems because it’s
been 3 months since their last gig. The lead vocalist Willy Nutsack (Kevin Strange) and the bass player Dick Gibson (Joshitsuo Montoya) get into a
heated argument. Willy wants to keep singing about sea monsters and playing metal, but Dick wants to change the whole direction of the band
and start playing songs that are about love & romance, and wants the band to wear matching outfits, because he believes no one is interested in
metal anymore and that’s why they’re not getting any gigs. Willy gets the shits with the bass player and storms off home to chill out by watching a
show on TV about loch ness monsters and then slowly falls into a deep sleep. When he starts dreaming, the real Dream Reaper (Matt Ringerering)
appears and explains to him that their band is giving him a bad reputation and all the reapers in the other realm are taking the piss out of him
because their band sounds like shit. The Dream Reaper warns Willy to stop playing metal all together. But Willy disagrees, and tells the Dream
Reaper to Fuck Off and get the hell out of his house. Though the Dream Reaper is only suppose to haunt peoples dreams, he, all of a sudden, has
the power to kill anyone in their sleep, so the Dream Reaper tells Willy he is going to kill all of the band members one by one in their sleep and he
is going to leave Willy to suffer until the very end. Willy then wakes up thinking nothing much of the dream and heads back to the band house to
finish jammin’ with his band.
All of the band members are also having problems with each other. The drummer, Hwang Johnson (Chadwick Cockstriker), has a Ninja fetish and
can't stop talking about ninjas. Willy Nutsack (Kevin Strange), the lead singer, has an obsession with sea monsters. The bass player, Dick Gibson
(Joshitsuo Montoya), is a closet homosexual, which none of the band members know. The rhythm guitarist, John (Peter Johnson), doesn't do much
but stare at the corner of the wall and day dream, and the lead guitarist, Tiffany (Cris Deveroux), who wears an I "Heart" Dic t-shirt, is probably
the straightest one of them all. Now you are probably saying to yourself, how is this so funny. Well, this is how, before they fall asleep they get
their jerk on. Yeah, that’s right, Willy jizz's off to a fat chick mag, Dick beats off to a gay mag, Hwang jerks off to huge black ass mag, Tiffany steals
the bass players gay mag & slaps off to it & John pops a nut off to a big titty mag. Even the Dream Reaper jacks off, while Willy waits patiently for
him to finish, before they go to head to head.
Hack Movies Dream Reaper had me stitches all the way through the film. Kevin Strange is one of the funniest fuckers I have seen since Ben Dietels
in Camp Massacre. Kevin Strange is not only the hero of the movie but also the director, writer and founder of Hack Movies Dream Reaper, and I
have to hand it to the guy, he did do a awesome job pulling himself off, sorry, I meant to say pulled it off creating an awesome horror comedy, all
for the love of cinema. Dream Reaper is a dick cheese comedy, and has to be the first ever film where every character gets a masturbation scene,
this will have you either laughing so hard you'll either shit yourself, or you'll feel left out of the place and you will end up jerking off in the corner of
the room. The special FX in Dream Reaper are so basic and cheesy it isn't funny, it’s amazing how a watermelon is used for a crushing skull, a
bunch of balloons tied together for intestines and red cordial used for blood, but this all suits the film. Hack Movies straight up tells you their films
have no budget what so ever, in fact, the film probably only cost $200 to create. So don't expect blockbuster effects and actors like Bruce Campbell
and Kane Hodder, but story wise, this movie is very well written, though the jerking off scenes are a little disturbing to watch, but thank fuck you
only see there facial expressions. Kevin's facial expressions alone throughout the movie will crack you up, even right down to the way he walks,
talks & runs hahaha. Kevin you are one true tripper brother.
I highly recommend Dream Reaper to those who love cheesy independent cinema with a very low budget, it definitely has gotten two thumbs & a
semi hard on from me. If Hack Movies keep up what there doing, I have a feeling these guys are going to be the next Troma in a few years. So
