The Ghastly Ones + Seeds of Sin
DOUBLE FEATURE DVD/APPROX. 150 MINS/1968/USA UNRATED
The Ghastly Ones (1968)

Left feeling like a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest, I'm still trying to gather my senses and avoid falling into the damned walls - which is
how
The Ghastly Ones has left me. This little gem from Something Weird Video and filmmaker Andy Milligan is nothing short of a true drive-in
delight. Combining a crap storyline with lots of blood and boobs,

The Ghastly Ones is the story of three sisters and their husbands who must spend three days in their dead father's mansion, Crenshaw Manor
(G's up from the knees up... WORD), while stabling together in sexual bliss. One by one, each of the visitors are taken out by a hooded figure
who's mark is placing an "x" on his victims before the whacking can commence. Just think all of this fun, then toss in a craggy old housekeeper and
her imbecilic son, who's favorite dish is still-wiggling bunny rabbit... oh, the joy... the bliss... the damned!!!

Seeds of Sin (1968)

Just when you think all of the fun had been used up on the first film, along comes Seeds Of Sin, yet another reunion of sibling horror, this time set
forth on the Christmas season. Carol's (Hammond) Christmas wish list contains plans of murder when she decides to gather her family together
and hand them presents of electrocution, stabbing's, acid facials, and the time-tested family favorite, poison. Even with her invalid mama's (Rogers)
yellings of woe and declaring that her children are nothing more than a "BUNCH O' BAD SEEDS!!", Carol has set her party plans. However, not even
the oft-placed views of nudity can save this from Santa's "bad" list, earning
Seeds Of Sin nothing more than a lump of coal.

Extras: Now as you may or may not already know, Something Weird Video has the ability to place everything under the sun on a disc as a bonus
feature. And to be honest, I'm not sitting through over three hours of ANYTHING that deals with either of these films, so I'll just touch on the high
points:
The Ghastly Ones contains commentary from Borske, deleted scenes and trailers while Seeds Of Sins has outtakes, an alternate
beginning, "jump to the murder scenes", etc. scenes …. ETC.
