Trick or Treat is every metal heads horror movie from the 80's set back in an American High School. Eddie Weinbauer (Marc Price) is a high school
student who because he listens to heavy metal gets victimised by the popular faggot rich kids, especially when they find out he likes one of the
girls in there group they pick on him even more. His one and only way to deal with there shit is to write to a singer called Sammi Curr who he tells
all his problems though the letters he sends him. Halloween is slowly getting close and Sammi is supposed to play at Eddies school disco because
he used to go to the school but a lot if christan people don't want him to play there. But the Sammis calling card is called & becomes a victim of a
hotel fire, which sends Eddie into a morbid rage, he starts ripping up posters of all his favourite bands & smashing all his records up then lays on
the bed crying. But Sammi left something behind with his old friend rock DJ, Nuke, (Gene Simmons) who is supposed to play his latest song at
midnight on Halloween. Nuke makes a copy and gives the original to Eddie knowing that he is a hardcore fan. When Eddie gets home he plays the
record , he fucking spins out when he plays the record backwards and before ya know it Sammi Curr is speaking directly to Eddie which he thinks
its the best thing since slice bread. Sammi then starts to slowly come alive though his final unedited record the more Eddie plays the album
backwards the stronger Sammi becomes until it is too late and Sammi is resurrected from his own music & starts to cause chaos in the
Halloween School Disco later that night. Eddie has to try and top Sammi before its too late and before he kills the girl of his dreams.
This movie is a awesome film & a cult classic every fucking bogan & metal head should have this DVD in there collection. If you haven't seen it &
enjoy listening to Metal i suggest you buy a copy on DVD right now. Gene Simmons plays an excellent part in this film also as a rock DJ and their is
even a cameo from Ozzy Osbourne as a Preacher but i reckon Ozzy should of been Sammi it would of suited the film. But the story itself is excellent
and doesn't give heavy metal a bad name or the people who listen to it. Another thing to keep ya eye out is for the Soundtrack its probably Out Of
Print now days but if ya see it in a 2nd hand CD shop grab it cause it will be a collectors item one day thats for sure. Hell i know i would pay a good
hand full for the cunt thats for sure.
